Exhibition Gather 2025

Thankyou to my friend Susanne for this photo taken at my artist talk. I was so grateful to all those who attended. It was bucketing with rain and I truly appreciated them making such a huge effort to be there. It is always wonderful to be able to see your work come to fruition and others connect with it. My aim is always to give voice to women. My work Gather is about surrounding ourselves with people who lift us up . The women who participated wrote a positive response and many of them told me how they struggled to write the answer. Research has proven that positive words are difficult to recall but negative words are difficult to forget. That's why it is so important that we keep giving one another encouraging, positive words. We have the chance to make a small difference in each others lives. Small gestures can lift and shape our connections. We ourselves rise by lifting others.
 

New Exhibition Dates

 Dear Friends,

hope you were all ok in the Cyclone. We have new exhibition dates. "Gather" will be shown from Wednesday the 26th march until April 17 at Cascade Art Concept. 46 Douglas street Milton. Do check the website for opening hours.

 I will be doing an artist talk on Saturday 29th March at 12.00 noon if you have the time and would like to hear about the project. Would love to see you there.

Exhibition Postponed

 Dear Friends,

my exhibition 'Gather' has had to be postponed due to the impending cyclone. It will hopefully go ahead Wednesday 12th March. I will confirm as soon as possible.
